When I'm teaching a prenatal yoga class, I say it about a hundred times: "Breathe, mamas!" As I get more practiced at mothering, I'm discovering those instructions ring true long after baby arrives. From the wonders of birth to the rollercoaster of parenting and partnering, it's that sweet moment of connecting to deep breath that creates the opening for bliss. And we could all use a bit more of that!
