Jenni got on the mat nearly 10 years ago to get some relief from her noisy, busy mind. After years of practicing gentle yoga, a single, sweaty Forrest Yoga class planted her on an inspiring, energizing path of physical and emotional personal development. The strength and beauty of Forrest Yoga revitalized her mind, body, and spirit, and helped her experience truly deep relaxation. The practice has also been a ton of fun!

 

Jenni is a certified, senior Forrest Yoga instructor, a graduate of the Advanced Forrest Yoga Teacher Training program, and a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. She has trained extensively with yoga master Ana Forrest and Jonathan Bowra. Other influences and inspirations include Seane Corn, Tias Little, Ravi Singh, and Heather Tiddens.

 

Jenni is also a freelance writer and editor. Her work appears regularly in Spirituality & Health magazine.
