ABOUT Yoga for You!: This class offers a friendly kick in the asana! Juice your upper body strength, make nice with your core muscles, better your balance, and improve your flexibility. Each week will bring a different challenge and lots of encouragement to bust out of your ruts while honoring your edge. Sweat your way through a mix of sun salutes, inversions, backbends, twists, and folds -- and then smile, rest, and smile some more in a sweet savasana. This class is open to all! On-site child care is available.

 

ABOUT Blooma Belly Prenatal Yoga: Pregnancy is a wonderful time to begin a yoga practice! New students and experienced yoginis alike will appreciate how this class connects you to baby and prepares you, body and heart, for childbirth. We guide you gracefully through meditation, breathing, and movement that provides much-needed relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your growing baby during pregnancy and labor. Reconnect with your body's innate wisdom about birth, and build your confidence in your body’s tremendous strength and resilience.

 

ABOUT Blooma Postnatal Yoga: Ideal for new mamas who are about 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum (although we’ll also make room for anyone in need of an utterly relaxing restorative class!). Connect with other new mamas, your long-lost abs, and that sense of rest and relaxation you used to take for granted. The pace of this class is slow; the purpose of this class is to take a little time for yourself amidst all your new responsibilities as a mother. Join us for some deep rest, delicious breath, gentle stretching, a bit of strengthening, and a lovely savasana & neck massage. On-site child care is available.

 

ABOUT BYOB* Crawlers: This is Yoga Bonding II, for moms (or dads, grandparents, nannies…) and their babes who are on the move. Most kiddos are about 9-or-so months to 15 months old. The class has a very relaxed atmosphere! We attempt to include the little ones in movement and song, while still getting in some poses for strength and flexibility for the parents.
