INTRO TO FORREST YOGA

Get acquainted with the challenges and joys of Forrest Yoga in this 2-hour overview workshop. Forrest yoga is a sweaty, compassionately taught class built on awareness of strength, breath, integrity, and spirit. Here’s what to expect:

~Deep core work

~About a half-jillion reminders to breathe

~Attention to alignment

~Accommodations for injuries and other limitations

~An invitation to go deeper physically, emotionally, and spiritually

~A chance to turn your world upside down for at least a few breaths

~And a healthy dose of fun!
